Wes is currently developing THE STEADFAST by Mat Smart and EAGER TO LOSE by Matthew-Lee Erlbach. Wes has also worked with Atlantic Theatre Company, Roundabout Theatre Company, Williamstown Theatre Festival, Ensemble Studio Theatre, Stella Adler Conservatory, Cherry Lane, New Dramatists and Theatreworks USA. Wes is a recipient of the Drama League Directing Fellowship, a member of Lincoln Center Directors Lab, and a graduate of the University of Evansville.

Adam has also worked at Ensemble Studio Theatre, HERE Arts Center, Millbrook Playhouse, Piccolo Spoleto Festival, Poetry Project at St. Mark's, Abingdon Theatre Company, the Lee Strasberg Institute, Warehouse Theatre, WaterTower Theatre, and Williamstown Theatre Festival. Mat Smart is a current McKnight Advancement Grant recipient and a former two-time Jerome Fellow at The Playwrights’ Center in Minneapolis. Last summer, his play Samuel J. and K. premiered at Williamstown Theatre Festival, starring Justin Long and Owiso Odera. It was recently produced at Steppenwolf for Young Adults and had a run at Passage Theatre. Other plays include: The Hopper Collection (Magic Theatre and Huntington Theatre Company – published by Broadway Play Publishing), The 13th of Paris (City Theatre, Horizon Theatre, Public Theatre of Maine, Warehouse Theatre, Seattle Public Theater and currently at LiveWire in Chicago – published by Dramatic Publishing), and The Bebop Heard in Okinawa (O’Neill Playwrights’ Conference). Mat has been commissioned by South Coast Rep and the Huntington, is a co-founder of Slant Theatre Project in New York City, and serves on the Board of Directors for The New Harmony Project.
